Joseph D. Oliver, III — Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Oliver has over 25 years of financial and business operations experience in both public and private companies, including the management of companies through turnarounds, financial restructurings, integration of acquisitions, strategic shifts in core operations and maturation of early stage companies. Previously, Mr. Oliver served as Chief Financial Officer for C2M Medical, OsteoBiologics, Inc. and two early-stage software technology companies. He also served as CFO for three private healthcare product and services companies, as CFO and Executive Vice President of an international agribusiness product company, as Treasurer and Director of Planning for an international marine-based energy product and service company, as Assistant Treasurer of a private family energy and investment management company, and as a senior staff professional for an international public accounting firm.

Mr. Oliver is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of Mississippi.
